Dan Pouladian was raised in a Real Estate family owning a portfolio in Downtown Boston since 1978. Dan was privy in the understanding of the importance of owning and managing Real Estate investments. During his college years, he spent his spare time being a rental agent where he created relationships with many landlords while renting their apartments in Boston.

At 26 years old Dan created North Shore Realty Advisors during the Real Estate boom and quickly grew the company to 30 advisors who represented buyers, sellers and landlords.  North Shore Realty Advisors rented over 900+ units year after year. Dan began to coach landlords in order for them to improve their holding and overall returns.  Due to his drive to provide full service knowledge for his investors  he learned the world of financing, 1031 exchanges and created overall portfolio strategies for his investors. 

During Dan’s successful career he has executed over $750 Million dollars’ of real estate transactions. Today Dan is one of the top Investment Brokers on the North Shore specializing in multi-family, portfolio sales, mixed-used and 1031 exchanges with Investment transactions ranging from $2 million to $50 million. Today Dan clientele comprises of different types of investors ranging from individual investors to institutional investment groups. 

Residing in Marblehead, Dan is the definition of a family man  and when he is not executing transactions  his time is spent coaching kids sports, traveling, reading , excursions and donating/supporting to his many causes. His family is committed to helping the community where he works and lives in order to make a difference. Some of his causes are Jewish communities throughout the North Shore, Landmark School in Prides Crossing, MA and NorthEast Arc.

Sara Pouladian is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Massachusetts and specializes in Investment Sales and Management consisting of Multi-Family, Mixed-Use and 1031 Exchanges. Sara has 20 years of Real Estate experience and has expertise facilitating complex transactions along with Management of +3MM SF of properties. During her Real Estate and Management career, Sara was the Senior Portfolio Manager/General Manager for the Master Association of the Ritz Carlton properties in Boston, which included 3 Residential condominium towers (369 homes), Hotel, Equinox, AMC, Commercial/Residential Garage and numerous retail tenants. Along with her mixed-use management, she has also managed large Mutli-Family market and affordable properties. Her expertise allows her buyers and sellers a rare opportunity of understanding the upside to the market. Her financial and project management background benefits all involved to increase their return.

Sara grew up in Florida and has resided in Massachusetts for 25 years where she purchased Commercial, Industrial and Residential properties during her childhood. She is a Certified Property Manager and a Notary. Sara obtained her Bachelors in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Michael McCarthy  is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Massachusetts and brings an abundance of knowledge to the table for his clientele with 20 years of commercial real estate experience both in sales and leasing. McCarthy has held both partnerships and executive roles with some of Boston’s national premier commercial brokerage firms.

McCarthy is a multiple year recipient of CoStar’s Power Broker Award (2011, 2013, and 2014), recipient of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Creative Deal of the Year in 2013. In 2016, he also completed MIT’s Commercial Real Estate Finance and Development Program. 

He specializes in representing clients with dispositions and acquisitions of multiple types of commercial real estate transactions. His experience includes: Multi-family, Retail, Mixed-use, development, industrial and office leasing/sales. He also has extensive experience guiding clients through the 1031 exchange process. McCarthy provides an expansive wealth of market knowledge and expertise to property owners, private investors, developers, and industry professionals alike.

Mike was raised and resides in Marblehead with his wife Julie and two sons, Michael and Matthew. Outside of work, Mike can be found either coaching or playing sports, skiing, boating or barbecuing with friends.
